PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Everest Trade - Ultimate Tennis Court Paint is a single pack, quick drying, low odour paint, sealer and colour restorer with the added silica particles* for an effective anti-slip coating. Designed specifically for use on tarmac, asphalt and concrete tennis court to provide a durable, decorative and protective finish to Tennis Courts and transforms worn out and shabby courts into fresh and new looking surfaces that users will enjoy playing on. Everest Trade Paints Tennis Court Paint can withstand constant foot trafficking as players move around the court constantly. This paint works well at resisting the friction due to its flexible, specially formulated all acrylic formula manufactured from high-quality acrylic resins here in the UK. Everest Trade Paints - Ultimate Tennis Court Paint - Line Marking Paint - Anti-slip should be used as the lining paint. This product is also 100% UV resistant resulting in excellent colour retention which allows the coating to stay fresh and new for longer than other tennis court coatings. Made in England with Premium Acrylic Resins. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust or any other contaminants. We recommend you clean the surface beforehand with a pressure washer and treat the surface with Everest Ultimate Driveway Cleaner to remove any remaining green mould, lichens and algae. Make sure no rain is forecast for the day of application. COLOURS AVAILABLE Dark Green, Mid Green, Light Green, Royal Blue, Olympic Blue, Red Clay, White, Black and custom RAL or BS colours. Click here to view colour chart. SPREADING RATE (Coverage) Approximately 6 - 8 square metres per litre. DRYING TIME Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 4 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry. APPLICATION East to apply, should be applied with a brush and roller. Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment. Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. Apply two coats to a dry surface with at least 4 hours between coats. Should be applied with a roller, ideally a medium pile roller with a double-armed frame, this product can't be sprayed due to the added anti-slip particles. We recommend applying this product with a ProDec Professional 12" Roller Application Kit - Roller Tray - Double Arm for best results. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening. THINNERS Can be let down with water if needed. Not recommended. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free of algae and moss. Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp. Remove any loose or flaking paint. BATCH INFORMATION We recommend ordering all the paint required in one order so you receive the same batch, Ordering on different dates will result in receiving different batches which may result in a shade difference. This is fine if you are planning on using the different batches on different coats, However, it's not recommended to use on the same coat.

Heavy, cumbersome and large items such as Timber, Paving slabs and bulk bags will only be delivered to postcodes in our network of branches. This covers the majority of the South West of England.
Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.
Whether you have changed your mind or the goods you have received are faulty, and wish you to return the goods, please contact your local branch. Our friendly branch staff will be able to give you advice on the best way to return goods to us.
Please be aware that the cost of returning any large pallet deliveries will be considerably higher than the delivery charge. If you have any question or queries about a product, please contact us prior to placing an order.
4.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within 28 days without giving any reason.
4.2 The cancellation period will expire after 28 days from the date of delivery to you or your collection of the goods from a trade counter (as applicable).
4.3 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) or by returning the goods to your local store. You can use the model cancellation form set out in the box below, but it is not obligatory.

4.5 The right to cancel the contract set out above is subject to the following exclusions:
4.5.1 goods which are cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements, or otherwise customised or made to your specifications will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered;
4.5.2 goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable goods such as plants or turf, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered;
4.5.3 your right of cancellation does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if you have opened the goods packaging after delivery or collection; and
4.5.4 your right of cancellation does not apply to goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery or collection (which may be the case where the goods are installed).
4.6 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
4.7 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
4.8 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
4.8.1 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
4.8.2 (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
4.8.3 if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
4.9 We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4.10 If the goods have been delivered to you:
4.10.1 you shall send back the goods or return them to your local store without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. If you are unable to return the goods please contact your local store who can arrange for the goods to be collected;
4.10.2 you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods;
4.10.3 you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
