The Flopro Irrigatia Eco Smart Watering 24 System is ideal for small to medium gardens or allotments. Can be used for pots, raised beds, hanging baskets, vegetables and greenhouses. This solar powered watering system is easy to set up, so you never forget to water. The system is weather responsive, the more sunshine the more it waters, saving plants from drought whilst away or on holiday. Waters every 3 hours.
This efficient watering system uses up to 90% less water than a hose. Use the system with a water butt. It also includes a water level sensor. This is placed in the water butt and will detect when the water is running out and emits an audible warning during daylight hours. Drippers can water up to 5m above water butt or reservoir.
Environmentally friendly using a water butt, meaning there are no running costs. Provides automatic watering for up to 10 large hanging baskets or 24 x 20L pots or 24 x tomato plants or 48 x pepper plants or 24m vegetable rows or flower beds.
It also has a night mode, the system detects when it is dark and switches the controller off to prevent watering at night. Offers all the benefits of 12 but due to the larger solar panel it can water twice as many plants up to a maximum of 24 drippers.

Returning Faulty Items:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty (or goes faulty within the first 7 days of receipt) please call our Returns Department immediately. We will discuss the fault with you and arrange for a collection of the goods. Goods must be packaged appropriately (minimising the scope for any damage in transit)
Once we have received the goods back from you and satisfied ourselves (and sometimes the manufacturer) that the alleged defects are as reported, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
Please note that most tool manufacturers we deal with offer a 12 month warranty on their products. If the item you have purchased from us develops a manufacturing defect within that 12 month period, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will handle the warranty issue with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Returning Damaged Items:
If an item arrives with you that has been damaged in transit you must inform us of this damage within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims for damaged items after 7 days have lapsed.
We will discuss the damage with you and should a replacement item be called for we will arrange for our courier to deliver a replacement to you and collect the damaged item at the same time.
You will need to make yourself available to affect the exchange. You must also enclose your invoice or delivery note with the damaged goods. Goods must be packaged appropriately (minimising the scope for any damage in transit)
We reserve the right to request images of the damaged item or request that the item come back to us in the first instance for inspection of the damage before sending a replacement.
Returning Incorrectly Supplied Items:
If in the unlikely event we have supplied an item incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for the item to be collected from you and the item you actually ordered to be delivered at the same time.
In certain circumstances we may ask for the incorrect item to be returned ahead of the replacement being sent.
You will need to make yourself available to affect the exchange so that the courier driver can affect the switch. You must also enclose your invoice or delivery note with the incorrect item.

Returning Incorrectly Ordered Items:
We endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you need to return any item to us, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Please contact our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest opportunity to have a return request authorised. You will be asked to include your invoice or delivery note with the item which must be packaged appropriately (minimising the scope for any damage in transit) before returning to us.
You must arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in perfect condition so that they can be re-sold as new. As such, original packaging, swing tickets, instruction booklets, etc. must be enclosed with the item.
Upon receipt and after satisfactory inspection, we will issue you with a refund for the item you have returned within 7 days. Please note some items may incur a re-stocking charge - we will clarify this with you when discussing the return.
