We offer a nationwide prompt delivery service but this excludes Northern Ireland.
Order placed Monday to Thursday will be dispatched next working day on an express service.
Order placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday.
Order for 4 of more bundles will be dispatched on a pallet delivery service (48hrs).
Regretfully the following postcodes are subject to a delivery surcharge, which is a true cost to us and we don’t make any money on delivery costs. AB31,AB32,AB33,AB34, AB41, AB42, AB43, AB44, AB45,AB36, AB37, AB38, PH32, PH33. If you place the order through the site, we will call after placing to take the surcharge payment over the telephone or get in though with us through the "ask the seller" button for a quote.
Please check the order confirmation details carefully as once despatched, delivery address details cannot be amended.
Receiving and Signing for Your Goods
Please look for obvious parcel damage and if IN ANY DOUBT sign the paperwork as DAMAGED and do not accept the delivery. An email to advise refusal of delivery MUST be sent to us or a call placed within 24 hours of the refusal. This allows us time to raise a claim against the delivery company for the damage and to allow us to organise a replacement unit to be despatched to you for the damaged item.
If after receiving and opening the goods they are not in a satisfactory condition mark please report this to us ASAP by message within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods in order to facilitate an exchange or refund.
If the item is received and accepted with a signature of proof of delivery and we are not notified of any damage within 24 hours, we will be of the understanding that this is an acceptance that the item (s) arrived fit for purpose in perfect order. We will not be able to replace or refund for damage reported outside of this period.
If for any reason, the courier was not able to deliver goods, a card will be left to notify the customer of a missed delivery. The courier will only attempt to re-deliver the goods twice. If the customer is still not available to receive the goods, they will be returned to us and the customer will be liable for any further re-delivery charges.
Please note; none of these services deliver on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the scheduled confirmed delivery day please inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If your order has not already been shipped we can then arrange an alternative delivery day and avoid any re-delivery fees.
Changes to Orders.
Please note any changes made to your order may have an impact on its delivery date and we may be unable to deliver your goods on the original confirmed delivery day, depending on the nature of the changes you request. If your order has already been despatched any charges incurred by us from the delivery company will need to be added to the order costs and payment made before the amended order is despatched.
You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff consider that access is unsafe then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. Any subsequent charges by the courier will be claimed back from the customer.
If our carriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof. Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Greentimber or any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

If an item you have ordered is not suitable or, even if you just change your mind, you can return all or part of your order without having to give giving a reason.
Our aim is to make sure that you are 100% happy with the products you have ordered from us and to put you our customer first.
If in the unlikely event a product is received damaged or is faulty please let us know by sending us a message within 24 hours to report this.
Outside of this 24 hours time slot if the item was accepted with a signature given as proof of delivery, we will be of the understanding that this is an acceptance that the item(s) were received in perfect order and fit for their purpose.
Failing to do this will mean we will not be able to rectify, refund or replace the damaged item.
Please note we will require proof of the damage with a photograph in order to facilitate an allowance, to exchange or to refund for the item.
We do understand that things can change after you have placed your order, with changes often being out of your control if building layout work is involved, or you may just change your mind about the style or size of an item you have purchased.
With this in mind all our customers are able to return any item to us for a refund, excluding made to order items. We trade fully in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive June 2014.
These regulations give an unconditional right to cancel orders and return goods within 14 working days of receiving delivery.
In accordance with these regulations we will give a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. Please note that the goods must be as new and fit for resale on their return to enable us to refund.
As the buyer you are responsible for the carriage costs involved in the delivery and return of the order and we recommend that you insure the items against damage when returning.
